This cargo trailer was custom built for it's owner to not only be a dream trailer but most importantly to transport multiple off road vehicles and make load/offload quick and easy.
The hard work on this trailer began in our welding department where the aluminum frame is constructed.
With an impressive 4 ramp doors on this unit (3 of them on the driver side), plus a height of 7'3", our welding team had to make sure that the structural integrity remains strong enough to handle the weight of the load as well as the weight of the trailer itself.
The side walls were beefed up with 1.25" x 1.25" aluminum and side ramp doors reinforced with 2x6 aluminum beams.
A heavy duty 2x6 3/16" A-frame and 2x4 3/16" main frame sits on three 5200 lb straight Dexter axles allowing this trailer to carry just over 11,000 lbs of cargo weight (after accounting for weight of trailer).
In addition to the 4 ramp doors, this custom trailer also includes a long list of features including:
